Discussion about 16 West 82nd Street in Upper West Side
Hey... Does anyone know about this building? Good landlord? Clean? Maybe?? I'm moving in here soon...

The current owner is Alan, who seems to be Jack's brother and George's son.

Awful landlord, abusive and aggressive.

The landlord is still terrible. Very hard to deal with. Will quickly fix things, but everything is confrontational and weird.
Building has roaches. Neighbors complained of mice.
Floorboards are old, rotting out, squeaky.
Heard the whole building lost heat/hot water for multiple months during the winter. Took forever to fix, no rent reimbursement, no temp heat. Crazy
