Stewart House - gym, parking

Discussion about Stewart House at 70 East 10th Street in Greenwich Village

Hi, Can anyone here comment on the gym and parking garage at the Stewart House? What's the standard of the gym, and is it free for residents (or included in the maintenance)? I'm sure the garage is not included, but is there any benefit for residents? There are a lot of buildings out there that just happen to have a garage underneath them but the residents above get no advantages at all.

I don't know about the gym, but shareholders get a discounted rate in the garage.

The gym membership is approx. $30 per month. The garage has zip cars and it can be accessed directly from the passenger elevator. Very convenient.
