Hello all: I’m looking to make my first co-op purchase. The seller has agreed to give me a great deal on this unit but I am unsure due to the amount of renovation that it will need. This will include: New kitchen, bathroom (with new appliances), repainting everything, new flooring, electrical work etc. What can I expect for a basic complete renovation? I really like the deal that I am getting but I am not willing to throw my money away. Any help is appreciated!!
