Best rental months for landlords

Could you experienced landlords the following months from 1-12? 1 being the best month to start a rental contract with a tenant, and 12 being the worst. I guess one should bear in mind that the marketing for these periods would start a couple of months before the rental month in question. I know as a generalisation summer is good and winter poor. Many thanks January February March April May June July August September October November December
