Advice and recommendations - minor renovation work

Hi, we are scheduled to close on a 2 bedroom coop end of July and would like to fix the apartment up a bit before moving in. The apartment is approximately 1000 sq. ft. (2bed, 1 bath). On our wishlist: 1) Painting interior of apartment. 2) Sand and re-glaze existing hardwood floors. 3) Replace microwave with range hood, replace range. 4) Replace fixtures in the bathroom This is our first home purchase and we're a bit clueless on where to start. Any advice on pricing and referrals you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
