There are 2 main issues which basically make this house unsellable presently.....the house next door is "scaffolded" and looks like the front façade is going to crumble at any time. The street is not "representative" of the rest of Fort Greene, basically no treescape and most of the houses are sub par (lots of SSI rentals etc). I'd be open to a $1.5-$1.7 sale price and turn it into a bachelor pad/home office but as a duplex+rental.....nope not enough of a bargain for me to move no matter how much I want a garage.......
