Verde Chelsea - another sign of the glut?

Discussion about Verde Chelsea at 125 West 22nd Street in Chelsea
There were a bunch of listings pulled from the market from this building today. I am wondering if they are all about to go into contract or the marketing department is regrouping... it appears very few units have closed in the past 2 months. Thoughts?

identical to most developments in chelsea, nothing or closing to nothing is moving on the new development side. 650 6th, 100 west 18th ,........

i am pretty sure that Verde was close to being sold out. there were only a few apartments left.

Is there some sort of underlying problem with this building? I keep hearing hints, and also one other Avalon in Chelsea. Anyone know?
