It all comes down to who is the manager of your property. The manager that we are dealing with is not responsive to our requests or concerns. Hopefully, yours is different from ours.

Ellen kornfeld took a bad condo building on east 56th street in Manhattan, to make it unsafe by allowing a gas main to be replaced without permits resulting in dob fines and no gas for five weeks in that building. I looked at a condo unit in that building and was alerted by my attorney about kornfeld.
