Four Park Avenue - Mouse Problem

We're clean and tidy tenants with almost zero mess in the kitchen. Have caught three mice in the span of one week in the kitchen with recent sighting of a fourth mouse in the living room. Management is near unresponsive and uninterested in solving this ongoing issue caused by constant construction on the building.

Same here! Mouse problems for over a month and still unresolved! All due to ongoing construction around apartment, and according to the exterminator too. Have had exterminators come 4 times in the past month (they only come to building on Wednesdays) and just look for holes to seal and put traps... Don't clean up with HEPA vaccuums and still have difficulty catching the mice. Can constantly hear them in the kitchen and have caught the mice several times on video. Even with management involved, they will not allow you to break the lease, provide no reparations, and won't let us move out of this unsafe and health hazardous apartment without us being responsible for costs.

Management does nothing except collect rent. Apartments are extremely small. No amenities.
