How to look for commercial space in the Bronx?

Hi, All-- I am trying to help a friend who is looking for something like 5,000-10,000 square feet of non-residential space in the Bronx. Is there a StreetEasy for commercial property? A go-to broker for Bronx commercial properties? With industrial space, is it possible to buy part of a building or are larger buildings typically rental spaces? I'd be grateful for any advice--many thanks in advance.
