Rental at 190 Waverly Place #2F

Was nine minutes from signing a lease to close on this unit. Received a phone call from the management company explaining they wanted to walk me through the 3 weeks of of open-wall electrical work that would be performed (which was supposed to be done over the course of three days before we moved in). After seeking compensation and further inquiring, we were informed by the broker and management company that there was a good chance (i.e. "there is going to be") of 4-6 months of re-piping work in the unit. Note that they've dropped the price $200 since it first listed. There's a reason for this: they're pricing in the work to the monthly rent. Entire process was very shady, and I caution anyone working with this group.
