Discussion about Anagram NoMad at 10 East 29th Street in NoMad
As a current resident I would advise anyone considering this building to stay clear. This building is under construction everywhere--there is no access to lobby, mailroom, roof top, gym, elevators, etc. In addition you will have endless wait for elevators, dust and dirt everywhere, construction workers, noise beyond anything reasonable. All of this was completely understated by management when signing lease. The management company, Adellco, is the worst and known for this behavior. Stay away
