Construction building 200 East 87th Street

Whole Foods new location is taking all that space.

It is going to be a Whole Foods

I thought 200 e 88 to 201 e 87 was whole foods. 200 e 87 has modells and used to have kids gap. South side of st has even numbers while north side has odd numers.

The permit for the construction was filed in March 2013. All you had to do was look it up.

Yes, that was on me to know how to do that (which I didn't). I guess a direct question of the agent (Dan Mitchell) if there was any plans that would require the building to use the balcony and getting a no isn't really misrepresentation (in NYC that is?). Much smarter now. Sure the others that pay a significant premium for a balcony know it too.
