Discussion about 184 Adelphi Street in Fort Greene
Owner has had issues with several BATCHES of tenants. Not sure what the root cause is but I'd be EXTREMELY hesitant to take the description and good standing of the building at face value. Do your diligence. Owner does not have a great track record.
