I rented this unit for two years when I moved to NY and vacated at the end of June. The landlord is nickel and dime-ing me on my security deposit and is late in returning it to me. He added costs today in his email to me that had never been discussed over the phone or in prior emails and we had plenty of them. Buyer beware! He is not trustworthy and loves to lecture his tenants. I wouldn't rent another apartment from him. Think twice before you do.
