Condo requirements for architect liability?

Discussion about
We are considering a small renovation of new condominium. Mostly cosmetic, but one bath will need a DoB permit. Board approval is required- they ask for plans and description- does this need to be architect stamped? Or can contractor submit it? (Contractor has required liability) Licensed plumber? or Expeditor to do filing? Architect will sign-off . Typically, what are liability requirements for the Architect?
