Agent jams key in Owner's Lock

I am an owner who had my property management company list the condo for rent. An agent from another real estate office got they key stuck in the dead bolt lock during a showing. My agent called a locksmith and did not tell me until after the event. They are withholding $285 for the cost of the locksmith out of my account. They also, did not send me the locksmiths invoice for this cost. I have never had trouble with the lock and believe the agent's firm should pay, or at least pay half. What can I do please?
