Agent Got Key stuck in Lock. Who pays?

My property management company listed my condo for rent. An agent from another company was about to show my unit to a prospective tenant and he got the key stuck in the dead bolt lock. I have never had issues with this lock before, nor this key. Who pays for the locksmith services who needed to come out to get the door unlocked? The agent's company or the owner? My property management company never contacted me about this incident, nor did they send me the invoice from the lock and key company. Who should pay for this?
