Thanks. It has a laundry room, not a bike room though. There is storage in the building, but I believe it's a lengthy waitlist. The roof deck is pretty small.
I almost bought here - long story, but it came down to title and underwriting insurance on the particular apartment shares. I believe the building is fine and has excellent financials. I'm sure when the owner of the apartment puts it back on sale the title issue will be sorted.
