I've lived in Brooklyn for about ten years, but grew up on the Upper West Side. I'm looking to move back and have dealt with a few brokers from Bond and Coldwell/AC Lawrence but was very unhappy with both experiences. I'd like to avoid brokers all together after being upsold or having being communicated with in an unprofessional manner. I've heard about NYBits but was curious if anyone had any other solid suggestions for finding no fee apartments, particularly on the Upper West Side. Thanks in advance.
