Discussion about The Thomas Eddy at 85 Eighth Avenue in Chelsea
Hi. For anyone that has lived in this building. Can you tell me more about it? I heard they don't have much reserve money so am nervous that maintenance will go up even higher than it already is. Just would like to get feedback from someone who has lived here. Also how are the residents? Coop? Thanks!
