lol considering both buildings next door sold for around half this price in better condition.....keep chopping.

But, assuming that's true--did the neighboring buildings have their CNH? You cannot compare prices on these SROs without knowing that.

I also predict this puppy goes for under the asking price, but....not by much.

"application filed" -- so it sounds like it's pending. And unqualified for financing? I'll wait till one or the other of those red flags is sorted...
