What is the criteria for a listing to be included in the luxury portal?
We screen hundreds of exclusive homes and select those that are stylistically, architecturally or otherwise inspirational to us.
Is there a price range for listings to be placed in the luxury portal?
At StreetEasy, we have historically defined “luxury” as the top 10% of the market. While we used that benchmark as a general guide, inclusion was based on editorial choices.

Hello! Thank you for your continued interest in the Luxury Portal. At this time, we have phased out this section of our site and will no longer be adding new content. However, there are still plenty of featured listings on StreetEasy.
