Unable to Locate Offering Plan

I'm a prospective buyer in a transaction where the seller is unable to locate the condo's offering plan. The NY Attorney General's office does not have a copy (they purge after 12 years) and neither does the managing agent. Aside from knocking on doors and/or trying to get a copy from a board member, are there any suggestions for places to find old condo offering plans for a condo located in Brooklyn? Condo was formed in the early 1990s.
