Discussion about
19 days on the market on average! Wow. Hats off to all the folks that bought 4-5 years ago when many on this board said the neighborhood would never take off. http://streeteasy.com/nyc/market/reports?utm_medium=email&se_id=1009311&utm_source=marketing_email&utm_campaign=1031_Marketing_Email

Wow, it seems as if LIC is the hottest part of the LIC-Greenpoint-Williamsburg area.

Yup. I was one of the nay sayers, changed my tune in 2011 as the LIC market continued to show signs of stability; a place people wanted to live and own in. Yes hats off to the clients we worked with that bought there in 2011!

Good to see you JuiceMan! Condo prices in LIC have nearly doubled from 4-5 years ago. It's become a great place to live and a great investment.

To think, if Aboutready used her windfall money earned off of the backs of the taxpayers that was intended for middle and working clas s of New York, to buy a place in LIC instead of Williamsburg, she'd be up even more and therefore able to take even more vacations without her husband.

So says someone who has nothing to prove, no axe to grind, etc. You are a very sore loser. And I mean that in many ways.

Aboutready, you seem very angry. Attacking someone you acknowledge has nothing to prove, and no axe to grind.
