I am very disappointed in my experience of dealing with Rob Gross of Douglas Elliman, who is the seller's broker for 50 E. 8th ST. #3T. He was not forthcoming about the apartment's bed bug issue, and then was angry at us for having our own broker to deal with him. Also we last offered $825K, he declined the offer only because he did not want to share the broker fee with another broker. He is undermining his fiduciary responsibility to the owner of the apartment.
