Seems to be typical for a side-street building of that vintage in the area. A bit pricier than its sister building across the street at 310, but that could be just a different mix of what's for sale.

It looks as though apartments on the ground floor are selling for about 200K less than comparable apartments on higher floors. In my building, ground floor apartments are selling for at least 200K less even if they are not facing the street. The rear of our building and the buildings behind us have huge gardens, so ground floor apartments there are not directly facing someone else's windows or walls.
