Dual Agency Form

What does the dual agency form do? What if this form was never received or signed and the broker is not giving one side fair representation. Any options?

Hi Apt55, I am assuming you are the buyer here and you are talking about the listing agent. They should give you an Agency Disclosure Form when you first show interest in the unit, which outlines the agency relationship. If it is a dual agency I put it in writing on an additional form called the Dual Agency Consent Form so all parties are aware. Perhaps the agent in this case only represents the seller? If so they should have given you the disclosure form which would indicate this. Feel free to email me at dmargolies@corcoran.com for further info.
