taking property off the market

Discussion about
We decided to change our minds and keep our property and take it off the market. This may be a naive question- but after almost 2 months of open houses and showings, I feel like I screwed my broker (who is a really good guy and friend). I realize this is the nature of the business but I feel like he worked for nothing.. any suggestions or advice?

Take him and his wife, friend, partner, out to a nice dinner a one of the better restaurants and tell him you'll be sure to use him again if you decide to sell.
