Guys, how much would it be to do mid-end gut renovation of 3000 square foot house in Brooklyn 11230 area? no plumbing or electrical work and no kitchen. any idea of how much would 1 square foot be? Thank you

Zee,

I think it is impossible to do a gut renovation without electrical and plumbing. With electrical and plumbing it should cost 150-200 sq ft depending on what you mean by mid-gut
