Discussion about 317 East 18th Street in Gramercy Park
Thank you for your interest in our bldg. I am VP of the Board and would like to share more great news this year. We have completed our exterior and interior renovation project this year. Now, we have a fresh and updated interior as well as a secure and solid exterior. The Board are gaining more support from shareholders and we have elected new active board members at our annual meeting. We maintain a very tight operation and communication in the bldg and look forward to another great year to come.

Thank you, I looked at the building photo, and it looks kindof shady.

Shady is kind. It looks (to humble old-fashioned me) like a tacky lower-east side tenement. UGLY.

Not sure what you are comparing it to, but it seems pretty good to me.

Thank you, Riccardo and mgalka for your comment! If Riccardo's comment on "shady" means literally a shade, it's because of the tree in front of our bldg.

Our tree was strong enough to have survived through Sandy and provides us a nice cool shade in the hot summer months. In the winter, all the leaves will go and we have a plenty of sun! Hope this helps!
