Also, these apartments must had been build out of paper and cardboard, you can ALWAYS here the other neighbors' constant stomping (I've even heard the downstairs neighbors at one point....LIKE SERIOUSLY?!?!?) Next door and upstairs neighbors are a pain, have to constantly explain to them I work early in the morning and their stomps grow louder (especially the one idiot blonde living next door with her high heels and slamming her front door all the time, and her boyfriend too. Their response was "The doors are too heavy." I wanted to just laugh at her right in front of her face). This building could had used more insulation in the walls for heat and probably even something to block out loud noises from neighbors. Its a great area but for the price of what I just explained? Leave these apartments as you last resort if looking in the Riverdale area. [less]
