coop still trying to evict after notice to cure

Hi How can the coop attorney send an evict notice for failure to comply with the 80% carpeting rule when I have proof via certified mail that I have sent a cured noticed to them. In addition no one as far as I know has entered my apartment to inspect the carpeting laid out. I would also preface that my apartment is above the buildings garage so there hasn't been any complaints.

Just send another one to them referencing the cured notice, that you are in compliance, and that any further adverse action taken by the Board will result in assassination of the individual board members.

I'll have to wait until Monday. I was notified Saturday morning. needless to say it ruined the weekend for me.
