building at 345 West 29th Street

If you're talking about unit G, the site now says it's in contract. It's not to my taste -- I don't like ground floor units (lived in one for a long time), don't like the config of the 2 BRs, don't like the 2/3-size windows, and don't like the open kitchen. I also don't want to live in a 5-unit co-op. But -- somebody apparently likes all those things, and I wish them all the best.

What's wrong? Honey, it's a dump. The bedrooms are the size of small closets, and they open onto each other. What's wrong is that you would have the stupidity to ask what's wrong. God I'm glad I live in California.
