Discussion about
Hi, I am interested to hear any thoughts from people that have sold apartments without a seller's broker. In particular, costs around the various "a la carte" services that you might need, such as: - Photographer for online listing pictures - Stager (if needed) - Online listing expenses - Any other expenses you came across Thanks very much!

Could you provide a few more details:
What neighborhood is this in?
What price point?
How much free time do you and your spouse (if any) have?

You could start by looking up some of these sellers and asking them: http://streeteasy.com/for-sale/nyc/status:sold%7Cdescription:fsbo?sort_by=listed_desc

It will cost less than a few thousand dollars. Don't forget cleaning crew and show sheets and other handouts. The value of your time is going to determine the vast majority of the overall cost.

Above 1million I would get an agent. It probably isn't going to be worth your time w joker low ball offers.
