Closing prices not listed

I've been watching a number of units that went into contract. Some of them end up sold, with the recorded sale price listed. But many of them end up "unavailable" with no recorded sale price listed (even though it's pretty clear they closed). Any idea what's going on? Why recorded sale price isn't being listed? Thanks

Check the building's "Past Activity" tab. Sometimes the apartment number fed by the city in its closing data doesn't match a listing. Either that, or the sale hasn't closed yet, or the contract fell through and the apartment hasn't been relisted.
