Cheap finishes

Discussion about The Leonard at 101 Leonard Street in Tribeca
Just looked at a couple units here. Bathroom finishes are very cheap. The tile looks incredibly low end, and the bath tubs on the one bedrooms are incredibly shallow. Overall, poor finishes for the price point. Not to mention it's on the wrong side of Broadway.

P.S. the carpet in the hallways is horrible.
