Sale at 1901 Madison Avenue #108

Research the building- I seem to recall an old NY Times article written about it. Essentially the original buyers were able to purchase their units for 10-15k when the development was first built. They also had a separate assessment to offset the difference in construction costs. If memory serves apartments in this building should be listed as income restricted (HDFC). I don't know the current status of the building, but my guess is that the asking price isn't way out of whack given the income restrictions and the fact that original owners could flood the market looking to cash out.
