Discussion about Metropolitan Tower Condominium at 146 West 57th Street in Midtown
78 story building with great views of 80 story buildings calling the gym pathetic is being kind a private restaurant (just what you need in manhattan) is a money pit strict condo rules that feel unfriendly at best now i no why the prices are so low.......

Many of the views are certainly "oblique" but overall I rather felt the amenities are pretty decent. And for 1brs I like 1.5baths which aren't always easy to find.

107 w 57 to block park view?
