HI! Anyone have any info on the appreciation of 2 bed/2 bath coops in the Ocean Parkway and Ditmas area?? We are thinking of putting in an offer and are curious as to what the "predictions" for this area are! Many thanks! David

702 Ocean Parkway is a nice building with keyed elevator access into each unit. Unfortunately, many of the units are oddly spaced. In any event, the outdoor space and the views of Manhattan from the Roof Deck more than make up for that.
