Discussion about The Beekman Regent at 351 East 51st Street in Turtle Bay

Hi I have worked with the owner and have rented numerous tenants in this building. All of which have been extremely happy with the services and continue to have strong relationships with them. This building to me is one of the best condos in all of NYC.

When you rent a tenant, do you have to be careful to pay the nanny tax?
