updating a 2br/2ba

I am in contract on a 2br/2bath apartment in Harlem. I am looking to do a few upgrades and trying to get a sense of budget. The apartment is about 1,000 square feet. The apartment will be vacate during the work. • Remove the popcorn ceiling. The ceiling are high enough that I think they can just be covered with thin sheetrock. • Remove the laminate on the kitchen cabinets and have them sprayed. • Repaint the entire apartment. • Replace the counter top in the bathrooms and kitchen. • Add a ceiling light fixture one bedroom. • Refinishing the parquet flooring.
