Discussion about
Is it normal to wait 3 days for them to approve an apt rental listing? I am still waiting. I don't understand it, I'm not selling property. I am just trying to list a rental by owner, 2 BR in Brooklyn. I paid $150 for a 2 week listing and my listing is STILL AWAITING APPROVAL. Pretty soon the 2 week listing I paid for will expire. IS THIS NORMAL?????

I think you did something wrong. It normally requires no approval on SE

I am having the same issue - my rental listing will not appear in any searches, and in the "Owner Tools" tab the listing is PENDING APPROVAL...for the past 4 days! WTF?

You need to start a support ticket with streeteasy.

update. When I created my listing on Saturday, streeteasy sent an email asking for e.g., a utility bill to prove that I own my apartment. I sent that back on Saturday and it created a support request ticket. I followed up on that ticket Tuesday night since it had been 2 business days and I still hadn't heard anything. Just now (Wednesday noon) they got back to me and made my post active. So I think they are just running a bit behind right now.

Did they adjust your listing time ? Is not fair for them to charge for 2 weeks when they take 4 days to make an approval.
