Interested in purchasing a land lease as a long-term investment. Any sellers?

Do you want to buy land and lease it out? Or do you want lease land and sublet it out?

Either way, you should check with a commercial broker like Massey Knakal or Eastern Consolidated.

If $60,000,000 is more than you want to put into it, you could go snacks with other investors.
