Hi, any good recommendations for a mortgage for a downtown Jersey City? I'm looking for the lowest possible rate for a place in the $800k range, 20% down, 800+ credit, couple hundred thousand liquid post close. Thanks.

Ramon Feliz at Citi is excellent and should be able to get you the lowest jumbo rate available. He works out of the Hoboken branch. Definitely worth a call.
