I'm a first time home buyer and I just put in an offer on a house that is an "estate sale" which in most cases mean the owner passed away. I put in an offer for the full asking price with a 6% sellers concessions in the event I would have to repair anything. I made the offer on Monday and it is now Thursday and my agent and I haven't heard anything for the estate attorney or the children which the house was passed to ... My agent said she would contact them today later this evening to see whats going on but when is a good time to pull back my offer ?
