What Services Should Come with the Maintenance?

I live in a full service building on the UWS. I'm not handy. I tried installing a shower head but didn't get a great seal. I'd like to ask the super or handyman to do it. I do tip generously at holiday time. Should this be a service performed free of charge? Paying 1521 monthly on a one bedroom.

RC - wrong board - move this to the NYC board and you'll get your answer. For what it's worth - super should do it for it free, but give him a tip ($40?) since home improvements are not really "included" in your maintence.
