Hello Everyone, I am planning to purchase a Condo in NYC and I am looking for some recommendations for Real Estate Attorneys who have dealt with condos that are leased at the time of purchase? I did some research and reached out to a couple of attorneys and some of them stated that no retainer is required. Not having a retainer has pros and cons. I was wondering what should I ask them in the absence of a retainer? Does a simple contract help? Thanks!

Well, addressing a condo dispute or laws on buying one are very complicated. Thus you have made a good choice of hiring a real estate attorney. I can suggest you estate planning lawyer at "http://www.leemeierlaw.com". I had all my legal issues solved and advised by the attorneys there.
