I am in contract on a 2br/1bath coop in Queens. I am looking to remodel the bathroom with a sense of budget. The bathroom is about 100sqf. The unit will be vacate during the work. I would be appreciated if anyone can gives me an estimate time and labor. I will provide all new materials. • Remodel with new tiles (wall and floor), new fxtures (vanity, toilet and standing shower). • Remove all existing carpets. • Install new kitchen exhaust fan. • Replace the counter top in the kitchen. Thanks
