Discussion about
Wasn't there a SE feature allowing users to see how many times a listing was saved? If it's still there, can someone please direct me to the right place to see that? If only my eight year old used this site I'm sure he could answer this for me. Thanks.

It's right under the SAVE button on the listing page. http://imgur.com/IvVTiQB

Thank you. That's helpful. I realize I need to be on an actual pc (vs device) to see it.

Maybe streeteasy should add number of saves to the search function? It might be interesting to see how saves translates to actual sales, time to sell etc. e.g. unit X had 100 saves and was in contract after 25days, unit Y had 200 saves and was in contract after 10 days. It seems like saves would be some kind of indicator, e.g. 100 saves but no sale after 100 days.

@the-nerve Thank you for your suggestion. While we do show the amount of saves on the listing page, I can see how it would be interesting to show that information in the search results as well. I will make a note for our developers.

I think its a bad idea.
You will end up with people gaming the system then skewing the numbers as it happens with zillow.
False and mistaken listings mess with the zestimate feature.

Too much attention to the "saved" feature will ruin it as a reliable barometer.
Please please leave it as is.

A good point truthskr10. I wasn't aware of the situation on Zillow. I would prefer it to continue as a real indication of interest so maybe it is best left alone. A decent barometer for those who pay attention. We should probably let this thread die to avoid even this little attention.
